Fischbein-Inglett's New Model 3603™ , Solution for Powdered Products

March 25, 2011 - PRLog -- STATESVILLE, N.C. – Fischbein-Inglett’s Model 3603™ Automated Bagging System has been engineered specifically to meet the needs of customers who manufacture and sell powdered products in open mouth bags. When integrated with an electronic auger-filler system, the two-stage 3603 can accurately weigh and bag a wide range of powder products. Speeds are dependent on product characteristics and bag weight, but typically range from five to ten bags per minute. The 3603 automatically picks and positions an empty bag on the bulk filler spout, fills the bag with product and immediately transfers the bag to the dribble filler spout for final bag-filling and weighment.

The Model 3603 bag magazine is automated and will run virtually all bag types including flat or gusseted, multi-wall paper, polyester and laminated woven polypropylene bags. Bag sizes can range from 12 to 20 inches wide and 20 to 40 inches long, with gusset width up to three inches. The 3603 features Allen Bradley PLC technology and state-of-the-art HMI color touch screen controls. Electrics are NEMA 12 rated and voltage is 460/3/60. Optional features include an integrated sealing conveyor, special anti-corrosion package, extended bag magazine conveyor and enhanced dust controls.
