Fischbein's New TRS-100 Accessory Enhances Fischbein® Tape Sew Systems

March 25, 2011 - PRLog -- STATESVILLE, N.C. – Fischbein’s TRS-100 Trim Removal System is engineered to efficiently and cost-effectively recover and store bag-top trimmings and tape clippings from Fischbein tape sew systems. Powered by a self-contained, heavy-duty 1.5 HP vacuum system, the bag scrap is directed into a two-cubic yard mobile container with a see-through Plexiglas cover – the container holds up to 6,000 to 8,000 bag tops, depending on size and thickness.

The TRS-100 comes standard with 20-feet of clear 6-inch diameter tubing and handles bag trimmings and tabs up to 3-inches high. The container is constructed from 14 gauge steel, features a blue corrosion resistant painted finish and manual tilt feature for easy emptying. With its heavy-duty vacuum system the TRS-100 can be positioned up to 50 feet away from the sewing system. TRS-100 features NEMA 12 dust-tight electrics with 220 single-phase voltage.
