GUIOPERA hits the Road

March 22, 2011 - PRLog -- The installation/performance art piece, performed by a novice writer who only started writing in 2006, is an online story published on the web from September to December each year.

What makes the GUIOPERA a spectacle is how the brash part-timer, who has been working in call centers in Australia for the past five years and who is only self-published, and still without a recognized publishing house behind him, writes of how he’s the storyteller of our times.

That said, he’s managed to write three of his Graphical User Interface Operas (GUIOPERA), beginning in September and finishing on Christmas Day, delivering a story that pleases readers who have given the enigmatic character who writes topless from his apartment in Brisbane, Australia their time when they download his work.

When asked about how the novice will fair in the Wellington winter in New Zealand, writing topless, spokesperson Metofeaz Litigatti for LMLA-ink—a crew of creatives from around the world whom Johnny is a part of—told me, “Johnny Reyer was born there; plus, he’s been watching Man vs. Wild, getting some tips from Bear Grylls on how to sip latte and push keys on a keyboard….”

The story focuses on Johnny, a vagabond looking for a way to merge back into the real life following a breakdown after 9/11; it is filled with humorous moments as the likable character begins another journey; this one has been named *Trillion Cool*—The Halcyon Days.

Followers of the Sexiest Scribe alive, who has a smile that melts hearts, gets to see the artiste in action as he gives the characters in his work a run for their money in entertainment value stakes.

Watch for famous names, and infamous ones, in his story as he finds ways to drop them whilst keeping his fans glued to the storyline, which will no doubt be about love—somehow.

The *Trillion Cool* phase kicks off in New Zealand this year with a five-day pilot in May to test run the concept, which over the next decade will see LMLA-ink pack stadiums with guest artists: musicians, actors, performers, and other writers also as they set-up camp in all the major centers around the planet when they roll out the Monster story-churning machine: the GUIOPERA by John Reyer Afamasaga.
