Mr. Ami Sadeh serves as In-Com’s Chief Technology Officer. Prior to In-Com, Mr. Sadeh was the CTO of Profix, a credit and collections software company. Mr. Sadeh has an extensive background using state of the art technologies such as .Net, Java and Web services to solve critical business problems. His vision provides leading edge technology answers which allow business to gain a competitive edge. Born in Israel, Mr. Sadeh is a graduate of the Israel Army Officer School (the Israeli "West Point"). He is a decorated military officer recognized for leadership, management abilities, training abilities and functioning under fire.
 
Ms. Martha Talbott is In-Com’s Vice President of Finance and Administration. She brings a wealth of business expertise to her role at In-Com, which covers over 20 years of experience and financial acumen. Ms. Talbot’s background includes Profix, where she served as Chief Financial Officer. During her tenure at Profix she also served on the National Board of Directors of ACCA (American Commercial Collection Association), where she was the first woman elected to that post.

Robert Burns Jr.

1986 – 2011 Co-Founder and Principle of Critical Path Software. Mr. Burns’ current duties are as the marketing/sales manager of CPSI. Mr. Burns was a systems analyst and designer of on-line, real-time computer systems. His previous expertise was in the analysis and mathematical modeling of database systems. His experience includes (a) programming complex, interactive computer processes and (b) designing and modeling prototypes of real-world computer applications derived from mathematical models.
