Area Pro Realty Enters New York with Promising Changes for Real Estate Agents

Real estate agents are about to be exposed to a new type of brokerage that will change the way agents conduct business.
 
Feb. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- February 18, 2011-Real estate agents are about to be exposed to a new type of brokerage that will change the way agents conduct business.  Area Pro Realty, a new national real estate franchise, has just signed its first franchise agreement with New York real estate broker Diane P Snyder.

The New York franchise, Area Pro Realty of Rockland, will officially open on February 21, 2011.  According to company President Michael Volkin, “Agents that fit best within our business model are experienced, ethical and aren’t afraid to think outside the box.”
Area Pro Realty utilizes innovative technological tools and deploys these tools to agents differently than a typical brokerage.  Technology Supervisor Gene Ward explains “We have a Central Technology Support Center (CTSC) that takes the agents struggle of learning and maintaining the constantly growing list of technology tools and puts it in the hands of technology professionals.  This allows the agents to focus on more important aspects of their job like obtaining new clients and servicing existing ones.  Ward continues “With one phone call to our CTSC, an agent can have a website optimized, a virtual tour created, flyers produced and social networking questions answered.  These tasks are a huge timesaver for any active real estate agent.”
