Banner Homes acquires new site in Dorridge to build five luxury five bedroom detached homes

Feb. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Banner Homes has been granted planning permission to build five large five bedroom detached homes in Temple Road, Dorridge in Solihull, West Midlands. The homes will be set within a gated development and built to the high specification Banner Homes is well known for. Work is expected to start on site in March 2011.

The site is set on Temple Road which is in the affluent area of Dorridge in Solihull and has excellent communication links with M6, M42 and M40 close by and is surrounded by an abundance of excellent schools and golf courses.

This latest acquisition signals Banner Homes’ continuing investment in new opportunities and follows a successful year for the Beaconsfield-based house builder. In 2010 Banner Homes completed 28 new land deals. Of the 28 acquisitions, 15 have been bought with planning permission and the remaining 13 are subject to planning deals.
