Banner Homes is granted planning permission to build three detached homes in Newbold Pacey, Warwick

Feb. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Leading Midlands developer, Banner Homes has been granted planning permission to build three large detached homes in the rural location of Newbold Pacey, near Warwick. The development, Flint Hall, is located off Newbold Road and is accessed by a private drive. Each home will comprise approximately 3,000 sq ft of accommodation and will be surrounded by around 1.5 acres of paddock land. Work is expected to start in July 2011.



This latest acquisition signals Banner Homes’ continuing investment in new opportunities and follows a successful year for the Beaconsfield-based house builder. In 2010 Banner Homes completed 28 new land deals. Of the 28 acquisitions, 15 have been bought with planning permission and the remaining 13 are subject to planning deals.
