The Taw Caw Community Outreach Center in Summerton, South Carolina is a rural community outreach center that provides services to children, youth, adults and seniors. The center was founded for the purpose of bringing much needed services to Summerton and the surrounding area. Services provided are health and nutrition education, after school programs, summer programs, and technology training.

The center has focused on meeting the needs of rural residents of the area. The center plans to continue to meet the growing needs and demands in the area by constructing a community facility that will provide services to the entire community.

Wert-Berater, Inc. has been selected based on extensive experience and approval by the USDA to provide the financial feasibility study and CPA examiner's opinion for this project.
