OAKLAND, Calif. - Aug. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Wert-Berater, Inc. has been engaged as of July 2015 to provide a feasibility study for the Development of the 158-unit mixed use residential apartment/retail commercial in The City of Oakland, California in the Merritt district comprised of a single building to be constructed on a 0.46±gross acre parcel.
Due to client confidentiality the location, details of the project and the company name may not be released.

The EB-5 program has been in existence since 1991, but in recent years has grown in popularity due to the lack of institutional equity.

The program is designed to create jobs that are direct, indirect and induced in market areas.
