Cinema City International Film Festival Mentors featured in upcoming major film

Cinema City International Film Festival Mentors featured in upcoming major film called Niger Delta - Curse of the Black Gold.

Dec. 30, 2010 - PRLog -- The film, directed by award winning filmmaker, Jetta Amata stars a superb cast of actors including Tom Sizemore, Vivica Fox, Michael Madsen, Eric Roberts and Larry Manetti.  The mentors contributed to the success of this well written script, based on a true story.  Niger Delta - Curse of the Black Gold is an epic film about environmental justice and the fight over the control of the scarce oil resources' in the densely populated region of  Africa's Niger Coast.  Co-Founder of the Mentor Program and actor Ken Garcia co-starred as Detective Rohe.

Other mentors had supporting roles, including Savannah Ward, Chris Hayes, Sylvia Lester,  Maxine English,  Minna Brighton, Cecily Gish, Tyler Wolfe, Samantha Lester, Casey Nelson, David Michaelson and Joan McCarthy.  Others with featured roles were  Morgan Lawson, Marc Mazur, Brian Hall, Arielle Max, Ashley Hayes, Danielle Lester, Catherine Tallichet, Christian Vitter, Howie Cohen, Nikki Schrader, Alexandra Lee, Michelle Wu, Celina Huynh, Nicole Sandoval, Dawn Keller, Rumei Yeh, Joan McCarthy, Madalon Formby, Nadalon Formby, Sylvia Lester, Eric Kowalski and Abigail Schrader.  Producer and co-founder of the CCIFF Mentor Program, Suzanne DeLaurentiis  is thrilled with the Mentor’s success.

The film is scheduled for release in 2011.
