May 26, 2010 - PRLog -- Multi-talented actress Savannah Ward landed a role alongside Academy Award nominee Melissa Leo in a soon to be released  film called “I Believe in America”.  The movie is set against the backdrop of New York’s former Puerto Rican barrio.  This is a compelling story about broken family ties resulting from the terrorism of a violent fraction of the Puerto Rican Independence Movement known as the FALAN.

Savannah was selected for the role during her mentorship with 30 year  veteran filmmaker Suzanne DeLaurentiis.

Savannah studied abroad in Florence, Italy and attended the Stone Street Film and TV Studio.  Savannah continued her education at NYU in  the Stella Adler Studio of Acting program.

Savannah had a starring role in “The Only Way Out”,  and a short film called “Redemption Falls.”
