Cyclescheme improving clients sign up and user experience by installing CreditCalls online payment
By introducing CreditCall’s online payment solution, Cyclescheme eased its sign up process and bike scheme approval for the Government's Cycle to Work initiative.
Cyclescheme is the UK's number one provider of tax-free bikes for the Government's Cycle to Work initiative. Employees can make big savings on new bikes by choosing from over 1,600 independent bike shops throughout the UK and Eire once their employers have signed up for the scheme.
Handling up front deposits from clients wishing to use the scheme, Cyclescheme was looking for an online payment solution which could replace the old system of cheques and bank transfers. In addition they were hoping to accelerate the application process and ensure customers can receive their new bikes faster and with less hassle.
CreditCall was able to provide an online payment solution and reporting tool (WebMIS) which improved customer experience and cash-flow.
