FGI launches ITIL v2 Managers’ Revision Day & Examination Course

Dec. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- The ITIL v2 Managers’ Revision Day and Examination course is intended for delegates who have attended both Service Management courses and have previously been unsuccessful in the examinations.

This course is designed to prepare delegates for the ITIL v2 Managers’ exams, working through an ISEB Case Study, revisiting exam tips and discussing any uncertainties delegates may have remaining in their minds relating to the syllabus and the formatting and answering of previous exam questions.

Participants will benefit from:
•   Collective analysis of the relevant ISEB case study, providing familiarity prior to the ISEB exams
•   Practicing their approach and formatting of answers to questions by use of previous exam questions
•   Revisiting pertinent issues and topics from the ITIL framework as required
