TBK Consult selects ValuePerform as strategy analysis tool
TBK Consult has decided to introduce the Internet based strategy analysis tool ValuePerform as the groups’ standard analysis platform worldwide
By: Hans Peter Bech
”The GROW methodology have served our clients well, says Hans Peter Bech, Group CEO TBK Consult, but being a manual approach it was time and resource consuming. We see a need for a more contemporary approach where we can take advantage of the Internet as an effective communication media. With ValuePerform we can reduce both the calendar time and the consulting hours required to perform the initial situation analysis from months to weeks.”
ValuePerform is developed by the Danish software company ValueMaker and is based on the balanced scorecard principles. ValuePerform includes an Internet browser-based data collection and analysis tool. This makes the process highly efficient, as participants can contribute independently, anywhere and anytime.
TBK Consult expects to have all 40 consultants certified by February 2011.
“We are extremely proud and pleased that TBK Consult has chosen ValuePerform as their strategy analysis platform”, says Steen Alexander, Executive Vice President of ValueMaker. “We have already certified the first group of TBK consultants and have received the first order for 100 ValuePerform licenses to a large international software company.”
