The Brown Hotel Presents Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne Dinner

Nov. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- “We have planned a very special four course champagne dinner to celebrate the holidays,” said Brown Hotel assistant general manager Guy Genoud.

Nicolas Feuillatte Champagnes are rich, full of freshness, lively and especially pure in their expressiveness. They symbolize the quintessence of champagne.

The Brown Hotel Executive Chef Laurent Géroli, and his four-diamond culinary staff have planned a delicious French menu to pair with these exceptional champagnes.

The dinner begins with a pairing of Brut Blue Label with Champagne Oyster Soup,
Potato Brunoise, and Virginia Double Smoked Lardons. The second course pairs the Blanc de Blancs with Canadian Arctic Turbot Court-Bouillon and Cucumber Julienne with Saffron Vanilla Sauce. The third course pairs the Brut Rosé with Veal Tenderloin and Thyme Gnocchi with Sautéed Porcini Glace de Viande. Dessert will feature a pairing of Palm D’Or 1995 with Champagne Pâte de Fruit, Orange and White Chocolate Mousse, Jacombe Biscuit, and
Passion Fruit Anglaise.

The Brown Hotel retail partner for this event is Westport Whiskey & Wine. At the dinner, guests will have the opportunity to order bottles and/or cases of the featured champagnes at a 15% discount. Orders will be available for pick-up beginning Wednesday, December 22, at Westport Whiskey & Wine located in Westport Village, Herr Lane at Westport Road.
