The support center features ticket creation for a wide range of support issues, from general inquiries to order changes and other requests. The support center also contains a knowledge base of solutions for common problems that is available to the public.

The support center streamlines the customer and staff relationship by creating automatic notifications, priority alerts and the ability to store each ticket in the database for quick reference. The support center and ticket creation by-passes the simple yet sometimes ineffective contact form which does not have escalation measures, automatic staff assignment or notifications.
