Caseflow begins expansion into Canada with Triella Corp

Nov. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- As part of a planned expansion into the North American market, Caseflow, a leading developer of Case and Matter Management Systems has signed a Reseller Agreement with Triella Corp that will see the Canadian based organisation market, sell, train and support Caseflow in the Greater Toronto Area as well as other locations in Canada.

Caseflow has a loyal base of Case Management users in Australia and the product boasts “out of the box” integrations to all major systems in use in law firms. Of particular interest is the recent inclusion of a Worldox DMS integration module. “Document Management is a critical system in most law firms and the addition of Worldox to our existing list of integrated systems is certainly a strategic move aimed at that segment of the market that is addressed best by the Worldox offering” said Caseflow President and CEO Brian Smith. He went on to say, “different firms have different needs and including Worldox as a supported system recognises their strength in the market”.

Smith said, “I met Charles Bennett, President of Triella during a recent visit to Canada where we were specifically looking for IT organisations that specialised in the Legal Market as well as having exposure to the Worldox product suite.” Triella has a great reputation in their market and Charles in particular is a long time legal IT expert. As a result, we are pleased to appoint Triella as a reseller for the Canadian market.  Smith concluded by saying, “I am absolutely confident that Charles and his team will provide excellent service to new Caseflow installations, they are simply a professional team with a great attitude towards service delivery.”
