Carroll && O’Dea Lawyers select Caseflow

Sept. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- Carroll & O'Dea is a leading Sydney-based law firm with 110 years experience, specialising in employment, industrial, commercial, litigation, compensation and property law.  They have signed a deal that will see Caseflow deployed across the Firm’s network of five offices.  Caseflow will replace the existing AXXIA system to improve the Firm’s Case Management and Workflow system.  

Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers are committed to quality in the delivery of legal services to all clients, and aim to continually improve quality systems and practices to ensure this goal is achieved. “As a Law 9000 accredited firm we have a commitment to continuous improvement, the roll out this new technology will be central to that ” George Anderson, General Manager.

A pilot project will commence immediately with the final rollout of 140 users scheduled to be deployed by the end of April 2011.

The implementation and training will be conducted by Caseflow reseller Red Rain.
