Caseflow begins expansion into North America with RBRO

Nov. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Hot on the heels of a string of new sales and upgrades in several large Australian Law Firms, Caseflow and RBRO Solutions have signed a Reseller Agreement. This new partnership will ensure that the Canadian based organisation will sell, train and support Caseflow in both Canada and the United States (US).

The relationship between RBRO and Caseflow is a logical fit for both organisations. Caseflow delivers an extremely tight integration with Autonomy's iManage Document Management System (DMS) suite and RBRO is one of the premier partners of Autonomy.

Caseflow's tight integration in combination with RBRO's status makes for a compelling relationship. With a comprehensive client list in both Canada and the US, RBRO's clients may all potentially benefit from the Caseflow technology. “We have dealt with each other in the past and so we weren’t complete strangers”, said Brian Smith, Caseflow President and CEO. “I visited the RBRO headquarters in Toronto and got to meet John, Howard and the team. We then caught up again at ILTA and finalised the details”.

As a result, we are pleased to appoint RBRO as a Reseller for the Canadian and US markets. RBRO’s local presence and international reputation will merge well with Caseflow’s proven track record in Australia.
