Follow on Google News | Coach House Rehabilitation Center merges with Hope Network, expanding Hope’s services in MichiganHope Network expands its services into Coldwater, Michigan
Hope Network Rehabilitation Services is a part of Hope Network that offers a comprehensive list of intensive inpatient and outpatient opportunities designed specifically for individuals recovering from brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other disabling conditions. Hope Network began serving Michigan residents in 1963 and opened their first brain injury facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1983. Since that time, they have expanded their rehabilitation services to six additional regions in Michigan. Coldwater will be their seventh. “We invited Coach House to become part of Hope Network not only because of the wide array of clinical services and high quality care that they’ve provided,” says Margaret Kroese, Executive Director of Hope Network Rehabilitation Services, “but we felt that Coach House’s mission and values were very much in line with ours.” The former-Coach House facilities, which will now be known as Hope Network Rehabilitation Services, will remain in operation, offering residential opportunities, outpatient therapies, and community-based assistance to people living with brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other physical or cognitive concerns. Coach House staff will remain on board after the transition, and current patients will not directly be affected by the exchange of ownership. “Adding Coach House to Hope Network allows us to reach more people in Southern Michigan,” states Kroese. “People in need of comprehensive rehabilitation services may have had to travel to larger cities to obtain specialized care. We plan to expand the clinical and physician services formerly available at Coach House. This will give people in Coldwater and its surrounding areas greater access to quality services closer to home.” Hope Network Rehabilitation Services is accepting new patients at the Coldwater location through their central call center at 616-940-0040 or at /http://hopenetwork.org/ About Hope Network Rehabilitation Services Since 1983, Hope Network Rehabilitation Services has been providing specialized post-acute brain injury rehabilitation services to adults and children.
