McGraw-Hill Acquires Tegrity to Expand Lecture Capture Capability, reveals Simba Information

McGraw-Hill Education has acquired lecture-capture solutions provider Tegrity after two years of partnership providing a popular core feature of the McGraw-Hill Connect teaching and learning platform.
 
Oct. 6, 2010 - PRLog -- McGraw-Hill Education (New York) in October acquired privately held lecture-capture solutions provider Tegrity (Santa Clara, Calif.) from Israeli private equity firm Infinity Group, after partnering with Tegrity for about two years. The acquisition officially brings the lecture capture solution into the McGraw-Hill fold, where, through the partnership with Tegrity, lecture capture has been a popular core feature of McGraw-Hill Connect, the teaching and learning platform.
