PRLog -- Willspy Investigations in Costa Rica was asked to look into the behavior of Citibank customer service by approximately 80 people.
Over a 2 month period Willspy made contact with Citibank customer service at 22990200 over 90 times, Willspy also made personal contact with the bank manager of Citibank in Escazu Costa Rica.
The factual information that Willspy has been able to acquire is the fallowing.
Citibank de Costa Rica has no English option on there telephone system. The time it takes to get any person by telephone that speaks English ranges from 5-9 hours! During the telephone contacts with Citibank customer service the fallowing quotes were used”we do not care if a man rapes a 9 yr old girl”, “it is ok if we steal money from accounts”. Willspy asked over 20 times to have an manager to call back so that Willspy could discus these issues not 1 telephone call was ever returned. Many times that contact was made customer service would laugh at North Americans with baking problems, and then would hang up the telephone. At the Citibank is Escazu Costa Rica ( a well known city for North Americans) the bank has 1 person that speaks English and if called via telephone if she dose not want to help the North American’s she simply hangs up the telephone. Willspy made personal contact with the manager in Escazu and informed her of the problems and asked her to have someone to call,no one from Citibank has ever made an attempt to call Willspy. After the refusal of anyone in Costa Rica to address the above issues Willspy called Citibank customer service in North America 5 times and they refused to look into the many noted problems.
