After studying entrepreneurship in South Africa, Johan came to the UK in 2004 and worked in several industries like telemarketing, insurance sales and mortgage consulting. Always looking for a great opportunity, Johan started the company’s Business Development Programme and completed it after ten months in the business.

Since the beginning, Johan has been running one of the most successful offices in the UK. In his first year as a manager his team at the London Bridge office has grown from only ten to 120 people and has developed seven further managers.
