Profile:

Michael Tincher is President and one of two founders of Buker, Inc., a worldwide management education and consulting firm.  Mr. Tincher works with companies implementing Lean Manufacturing, Enterprise Resource Planning & Supply Chain Management and Six Sigma business practices.  He has personally consulted with over 600 manufacturing and distribution facilities worldwide.  His clients have been awarded the Australian Quality Award, Ireland’s Supreme Quality Award, Malcolm Baldrige Award, Shingo Prize and Industry Week’s – America’s Best Plants.

Mr. Tincher has over 30 years' experience in manufacturing management.  Prior to the founding of Buker, Inc., he participated in the development and conduct of worldwide Manufacturing Industry Client Education for one of the major accounting firms.  During his career, he served in a number of manufacturing positions for a construction equipment manufacturer.
