“The launch of the Northwest Regional Library social networking sites is a reflection of our commitment to meeting today’s patrons where they are,” shares Barbara Jauquet-Kalinoski, Director. “Our goal of easy accessibility is enhanced, especially for the younger population, by our presence at their favorite social media outlets.”
In addition to Facebook and Twitter, the foreward-thinking library system is active on YouTube, has a blog and offers 2,933 downloadable books plus other resources through its website at http://www.NWRLib.org.
The Northwest Regional Library consists of seven local libraries, in seven northern Minnesota communities, sharing resources for the benefit of all. Visit Facebook, Twitter or the homepage for details about the library closest to you and all of the upcoming programs.
Libraries in the system include: Greenbush, Hallock, Roseau, Red Lake Falls, Thief River Falls, Warroad and Warren.
