Case Involving Kleinhandler Dismissed By Court With Prejudice

Aug. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- West Nyack, NY – Congressional Candidate York Kleinhandler, of the 17th District of New York, announced that the Florida lawsuit which he was named a party to has been dismissed with prejudice by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  The dismissal of case 0:10-CV-60898 was entered with the Court on July 26, 2010.

"I am glad that this matter is finally behind us" Kleinhandler stated.  "I would like to thank my family, my friends and my supporters for standing by me and for standing up to those who unsuccessfully sought to make a political issue out of this situation.  Since this matter became the subject of a political attack against me, it has done nothing but distract the voters of our district from the issues that really matter. I am looking forward to continuing my positive, grassroots, issue-focused campaign to become our next Congressman.
