July 9, 2010 - PRLog -- Recovery Now! is celebrating it’s second anniversary with a new series specifically targeting people whose dysfunctional background is hampering their addiction recovery. The series will be based on Tim Sledges book “Moving Beyond Your Past”.

“Tim Sledge has put together a fascinating curriculum focusing on those who may be stuck in their addiction because of past events that they’re unable to get beyond,” said show host Ned Wicker, “We’re walking through the Sledge’s approach focusing on the Inward, Upward and Outward journey that helps people move past drug and alcohol addiction and into a happy, joyous, and free recovery.”

Alcoholism Recovery Now! is a weekly radio program that discusses Alcoholism and Addiction recovery. Topics covered include: Causes, Symptoms, Intervention, Depression, Drug Therapies, 12-Step, Treatment Programs and much more. The format of the show is an informal round table discussion led by Ned Wicker the author of this web site.

It can be heard on two websites edited and owned by Wicker:

“We’re very excited about this series,” continued Wicker, “and believe that it can help many people who are stuck in addiction/alcoholism and are looking for a way forward.”
