New Business Bells a-Poppin'

June 8, 2010 - PRLog -- RENO, NV -  Whether it’s a signal the economy is regaining its footing, or Ding Communications has been regularly popping up on the radar for companies looking to build their respective marketing fronts, the Reno-based advertising agency has seen its client ranks swell considerably of late.

The firm recently inked an agreement to help Greater Nevada Credit Union grow first-time homebuyer business for its mortgage services division.

“Greater Nevada is great fit for us,” said Greg Fine, a firm principal and its creative director. “They are well positioned among the region’s financial service groups and are distinctly able to help first-time homebuyers obtain affordable financing.”

In addition to Greater Nevada, Ding has begun campaign and project work for the University of Nevada’s Cooperative Extension Service; Janiga MDs; Barrett Paint Supply; Alliance for Nevada Nonprofits (ANN), Full House Marketing Solutions and Western Nevada College (WNC).

While the Cooperative Extension and WNC are both part of the Nevada’s higher education system, the work each has commissioned from Ding is diametrically different.

Cooperative Extension is launching its Fire Adapted Communities campaign to enlighten and educate homeowners living along wildland/urban interfaces (WUI) about preparing their property for surviving a fire. Ding is designing and producing a broad range of materials to assist in the outreach, including a 20-page publication, info graphics, poster, flyers, etc.

Meanwhile, Ding is also preparing a recruitment campaign for Western Nevada College aimed at attracting both traditional and non-traditional students to enroll in the fall semester. The campaign, which breaks in July, is focused at those communities served by the college.
