Killer Foods That Destroy Your Weight Loss Program

If you are trying to lose weight you should stay away from the Killer foods which will make you fat very quickly and destroy your body fat burning mechanism.

Those foods have abundance of saturated fat and refined sugar. They also contain dangerous trans fatty acids and chemical agents to keep them soft. A small donut contains about 170 calories and 10 grams of fat.

2. Soft drinks, soda and sugar sweetened beverages.

The danger is that When you consume liquid drinks, you do not cut back on the food you eat and the result is that you take in excess calories which are stored as body fat.

3. Fried foods.

Fried foods are high in calories and have mostly unhealthy fat. A McDonald super-size fries contains 610 calories and 29 grams of fat, of which 10 grams of saturated. Saturated fat and trans fat clog the arteries and kill your health.

4. Potato chips, nachos and corn chips.

These snacks are loaded with high amounts of sodium which increases the risk of high blood pressure and they contain lots of calories, fat and flavour additives.

5. Ice cream.

Ice cream is loaded with fat and sugar, which is the ultimate fat storing combination. On top of that it contains artificial coloring, flavours, preservatives, emulsifiers and stabilizers. One small cup of ice cream contains around 350 calories and 20 grams of
saturated fat.

6. Bacon, hot dogs, fast food burgers and sausages.

These are processed meats consisting of some meat mixed up with stabilizers, sodium, preservatives, artificial colors and artificial flavours - a mix of chemicals and additives. They have a huge amount of saturated fat.
