iPhone, BlackBerry, and Android app by ATIV Software for Innovations in eLearning Symposium

May 24, 2010 - PRLog -- ATIV Software today released the free mobile app IEL2010 for iPhone and iPod Touch. BlackBerry and Android versions will be available later this week. The app is based on ATIV's conference solution EventPilot and is customized for the 6th Innovations in eLearning Symposium.

With mobile and smart technologies as a major focus at this year's event, the IEL2010 app itself acts as a showcase performance support system, giving attendees instant access to the event program, session descriptions,  speakers with their photos and short biographies, and floor maps. The mobile platform enables anytime and anywhere learning and information access.

The informal learning aspect is enhanced with the built-in Twitter feed, where attendees can follow important topics or key learnings related to the event. “Those who are unable to attend will still be able to see our conference information in the app and follow the virtual track through this exciting medium” said Chris StJohn, Defense Acquisition University Conference Manager.

The IEL2010 iPhone app is available now in the App Store.
