myStaffingPro ATS Releases Version 3.0 of Hiring Manager Quick Response (HM QR)

The module enables HR professionals to seamlessly request and receive feedback on applicants, and allows the hiring manager to provide feedback and manage interview scheduling. HR Services will demonstrate the new myStaffingPro HM QR enhancements on May 27th through an informational webinar.

The HM QR is an innovative, easy-to-use interface that removes the training barrier which typically prevents hiring managers from using applicant tracking systems. It enables hiring mangers to review the applicant's information and immediately submit feedback without logging into myStaffingPro.

The HM QR module features a request form, feedback request, web-based hiring manager portal, and a scheduling tool to create interview appointments. The hiring manager's feedback is immediately tied to the applicant's file and is accessible in myStaffingPro. Meanwhile, the requester receives continuous updates on the progress of the requests. The result is a streamlined process that improves response rates and requires no training.
