Connecticut Better Business Bureau President, Paulette Scarpetti, says the new program offers a timely and unique set of tools that will help credit card holders understand and implement credit management. “This program educates consumers about all aspects of using credit properly, from maintaining a healthy credit score to methods to help people get out from under the weight of heavy credit card balances.
