Logo helps you compete with competition, they are brand identifiers, they help clients recognize your brand.

May 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Designing a best-quality-logo is a creative job. The job includes many secretes and skills.

Here are some tips to designers -

Some detrimental aspects to be considered by every designer –

1. Brief about the Company, Product/Service
2. Competition Analysis
3. Sketching the concept
4. Empathize with the Client

1. Brief about the Company – It is very important for the designer to understand the concept behind the brand for which he is working. To get precise information it is better to create a thorough survey or questionnaire or at least an interview with client. Some questions to be included:

-About the company, product and services
-Goal and Objectives of the brand
-Target Market
-Client specification
-Benchmarks if any

2. Competition Analysis – Every designer should research the competition. This specially helps him to know what type of logo is being used by other players in the same industry. Also this helps in creating a logo which is distinct from the competition.

3. Sketching the concept – Many designers Sketch to explore ideas or concepts. Sketches are likely solutions. Showing the sketches to colleagues will help generate new ideas while showing the same thing to customer will potentially save a huge time.

4. Empathize with clients – This is a main part where many designers fail. The logo you create should match not only with the interests of client, but also should be relevant to the industry. To achieve this, the only possible way is every designer should put off their shoes to wear customer shoes.

More than all these things the logos should be made customized based on the brief of the client.
