Each year, we participate in Habitat activities along with a variety of fundraising and sponsorship activities for United Way of Metropolitan Dallas,” Delatour said. Company-wide Regency Centers has donated more than 2,300 volunteer hours and $699,000 in funds to support philanthropic initiatives across the country including Habitat for Humanity and the United Way. “Locally, we support Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity as our charity of choice because of our years of work together and our support of the non-profit’s mission to build safe, affordable houses for qualified homebuyers in need,” said Delatour. Regency Centers owns and operates 35 shopping centers in Texas, including seventeen centers totaling nearly 1.8 million square feet in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
