Coral Pleas, Owner and Taelor Scheuer, Manger of AfterHours by Cutting Loose Announces Promotion

April 21, 2010 - PRLog -- Coral Pleas, owner of AfterHours by Cutting Loose announces the promotion of Nikki Baldun who has begun on the floor of AfterHours by Cutting Loose as a Rising Star.  Prior to her promotion Nikki completed the extensive training program which is required by the Cutting Loose system.  She will now begin to build her clientele and continue her career as one of a select few who will be trained and provide salon service in this exclusive environment.

As is customary AfterHours by Cutting Loose participates in charity fashion shows and private model fashion photography shoots.  During the training process Nikki was able to participate and assist Coral Pleas in creating styles for an exclusive photo shoot in Miami which was managed by Candy Shaw.  AfterHours by Cutting Loose created the hair styles for all the models in the shoot.  The March issue of Style Magazine features an extensive spread of designer fashions with hair created by Cutting Loose in which Nikki played a major role.  

Every stylist at the salon must complete in house training in product knowledge, shadowing of senior level stylists, cutting procedures and other required proprietary technique mastery before beginning to build a clientele.

Every stylist must continue to build their client base, stay in the now on all of hair’s latest trends through continued education and training offered at the salon as well as outside resources.  The staff has the opportunity to attend Intercoiffure Mondial, which meets twice a year to forecast the fashion trends in the hair styling industry in addition to weekly in-house trainings to stay on the cutting edge.  Coral sits on the board of Intercoiffure Mondial, an international organization of the best hair stylists.
