Initial response was filed by the office of Brian Moynihan – BofA President in January 2010, which was alleged as fraud and part of a pattern of racketeering activity by Bank of America and Brian Moynihan in a follow-up complaint. Inquiry by Senator Feinstein on OCC was filed on January 15, 2010. [1] Response by the OCC to Senator Feinstein is still pending. The complaint against Kenneth Kaiser – FBI Assistant Director for Criminal Investigations, and Kenneth Melson – US DOJ then Director of Attorneys Office, was originally filed with DOJ-IG in later November 2009, and again in early December 2009. The complaint originated from responses provided by the two senior US-DOJ officers to US Congress previous inquiries – by Senator Feinstein and Congresswoman Diane Watson, why they would not respond on a complaint by Dr Zernik, which alleged racketeering by judges of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and failure of US to provide Equal Protection for the 10 million county residents. The by Kaiser and Melson were alleged as fraud on US Congress and deliberate disregard for the Human, Constitutional, and Civil Rights of the 10 million residents of LA County. Inquiry by Senator Feinstein on DOJ-IG was filed on February 26, 2010. [2] Response by DOJ-IG is still pending. Five committee chairs were requested to join Senator Feinstein in her inquiries on OCC and US DOJ-IG: Representative Barney Frank and Christopher Dodd - Chairs of the House Financial Services/ Senate Banking Committees, Representative John Conyers and Senator Patrick Leahy - Chairs of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, and Senator Carl Levine – Chair of the Senate Subcommittee on Investigations. [3] The conduct of financial institutions and the courts detailed in the complaints was claimed as the true underlying cause of the current credit crisis, which was founded in criminality, and the conduct of US agencies was alleged as part of the ongoing cover-up.
