Sapp, an 18-year ad industry pro, started Factory in 2002 with the goal of providing customized branding solutions for clients. The agency earned a reputation for developing unique and effective branding through both traditional and non-traditional methods. Wave and Factory have worked together since Wave was founded in 2008. “Our working relationship with Factory has been like a well-oiled machine,” said Regina Caffey, Wave principal/CEO. “After a while, merging the agencies made a lot more sense than keeping them separate.
