GAO Tek Inc.'s mini anemometer, model AM801, is easily fit into a pocket or comfortably worn around the neck. Simple one button operation moves through all the functions displayed on an easy-to-read backlit LCD screen. It offers the current reading and the maximum air speed simultaneously at an accuracy of ±5%. This anemometer features NTC sensor and selectable measurement units which are m/s, fpm, mph, km/h and knots. The impeller rotates to a closed position to protect the device from damage. It automatically shuts off within 1 minute of inactivity.
