Compuquip Technologies Names Alex Marrero Client Services Manager
Compuquip Technologies, a leading IT services company, today named Alex Marrero client services manager.

In this newly created position, Marrero will manage Compuquip’s customer service and support teams and work to standardize company processes to ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction at all times.
According to Eric Dosal, Compuquip’s director of services, "Our Managed IT Services practice has grown more than 30 percent in the past six months, and we recognized a need to maintain our commitment to client services with the addition of a client services manager. With Alex on board, we have the added expertise needed to not only handle our current business but to manage our future growth as well."
Prior to joining Compuquip, Marrero spent 14 years with Mercy Hospital in Miami, where he managed a complete portfolio of IT functions, including operations, network services and applications.
Certified as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Marrero is completing his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Administration from Barry University.
