Compuquip Technologies Promotes Lin-Dai Quant to Service Desk Manager

Feb. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Compuquip Technologies Inc., one of the largest IT services providers in South Florida, today announced the promotion of Lin-Dai Quant to service desk manager.  In this newly created position, she will supervise the company’s team of service engineers and ensure timely and accurate response to client needs.

Previously, Quant was Compuquip’s service desk supervisor.  Before that, she was a client services representative with the company.  Prior to joining Compuquip in 2008, Quant was a help desk administrator with The Bank of Miami in Coral Gables, Fla.

“For the past four years, Lin-Dai has demonstrated a strong work ethic and dedication to uphold our company’s high standards of client-service satisfaction,” said Eric Dosal, Compuquip’s president and CEO. "We're proud of her accomplishments within our company as well as her recent completion of a half-marathon. An HDI certified help desk analyst and help desk customer support specialist, Quant holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida International University in Miami.
