This award recognizes employers at the state and local level for their exceptional support for military duty by their employees

The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard conducts an awards program designed to recognize employers who support a strong National Guard and Reserve force. Employers qualify for recognition when they practice leadership and personnel policies that support employee participation in the Guard and Reserve.

NEWPRO is tremendously honored to receive such recognition, and was awarded the award for their efforts to help Ron Pazienza — an employee now serving in Guantanamo Bay for the National Guard — feel more at home by sending him boxes full of his favorite things from the comforts of New England.
