A weekend event for everyone celebrating the St. Lawrence River and the unique way paddlers of all ages can connect with it; kids, beginners, seniors and competitive paddlers.  

Saturday offers:
tons of paddling workshops & clinics from:
-intro to kayaking
-rescue
-fitness
-rolling
-winds/waves & currents & more
-displays on sustainable, healthy living from local organizations
-local & outdoor manufacturer / retail vendors
-test paddling of new boats provided by Trailhead Kingston
a BBQ
-Kids Activity area on land

Sunday is a fun day of races for kids, recreational paddlers and sprint boaters.

Come help us celebrate all the region has to offer in sustainable recreational sport, on historic waterways of the St. Lawrence River!

A co-organized &sponsored event with Paddlefit (Ottawa), Trailhead (Kingston) & 1000 Island Kayak Co. (Gananoque).  With generous support from our corporate sponsor Mountain Equipment Co-op.

Weekend Cost: $ 110 (3 Saturday clinics & Sunday Race pre-registered)
or pay as you go with clinics starting at $ 30. per person ($ 75 for all 3)
Youth 13 - 18 ½ price.
Kids under 12 FREE  
Sunday Race day registration - $ 40. Or pre-register for $ 35.
