Z’tejas Salutes 2,600 Troops With Operation Gobble Gobble

Dec. 9, 2009 - PRLog -- More than 2,600 military personnel and their families were recently treated to a massive holiday meal by Z’Tejas Southwestern Grills including some who were still recovering from the October attack at Fort Hood in Texas.  For the third year in a row, Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill sponsored Operation Gobble Gobble as a means of saluting the brave men and women who serve our nation.      

The biggest event was held at Fort Hood where 2,300 members of the 4th Combat Aviation Brigade and their families enjoyed a signature Z’Tejas meal.  Nearly 300 soldiers from the Arizona National Guard, Luke Air Force Base as well as veterans and their families enjoyed a massive feast at the Z’Tejas location in Tempe, AZ.
