May 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Italy’s Grand Dame of wine will make her exclusive Southern California appearance at an upcoming wine dinner at Michael’s On Naples.  Chiara Soldati, scion of the renowned La Scolca Wineries in Gavi, will share some rare vintages from her personal cellar at the intimate, 5-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef David Coleman. Those who enjoy white wines will be especially pleased as many of the night’s featured varietals are ones that have earned La Scolca countless awards and honors.
