![]() Elant Continues Staff Development, Three Accepted Into Area Leadership ProgramsThree Elant, Inc. executives have all been selected to participate in three separate leadership programs throughout the region.

Frazier has been selected to participate in the third year of Pattern for Progress’ Fellows Program, while Gibbs and Iozzino were selected to be members of the 2009-2010 classes of Leadership Dutchess and Leadership Orange respectively. “Staff development continues to be one of our top priorities at Elant, and these programs are vital in helping to expand the skills and regional knowledge of our employees,” McAleer said. “Donna, Colleen, and Kathy are each strong contributors to this organization and we are pleased that their professional growth will only be furthered by their participation.” Frazier, who began working at the Wappingers Fall property in 1984, has been in her position since 1993. She is currently a member of the adjunct faculty at Orange County Community College and has won several awards, including a Practice award for Geriatrics from the New York State Occupational Therapy Association and a Business Woman of the Year award by the YMCA. Gibbs has been a Registered Nurse for more than two decades, and has been in leadership roles in Wappingers Falls since 1998. She is currently acting administrator at Wappingers Falls and is working toward obtaining her Nursing Home Administrator’ Over her 20 years of professional experience, Iozzino has held various business management, marketing, and program development positions at several healthcare companies including Boston Scientific Corporation, Becton, Dickinson and Company and Datascope Corporation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Marist College. Frazier and Gibbs were also recently selected to participate in Elant’s internal leadership development program, Advancing Elant, which kicked off in June.
