Recent Home Losses Hits Home With Local Author, And As A Result, She Vows To Pay It Forward

Sept. 2, 2009 - PRLog -- CINCINNATI, OH (9/2/09) – Losing your home, no matter the cause, of course means the end of one chapter of your life, but the good news is that it is also the beginning of another.  Cincinnati author, Vida Langdon, has been through the devastation of losing her home first hand.  In fact, she has written about overcoming such adversity in her debut novel, The Farm.  With so many people losing their homes recently – from wildfires in California to record-high foreclosures in every state – Vida wants to serve by offering comfort from not only her words and experiences, but also by donating a portion of all proceeds of The Farm to various charities that help victims of homelessness.

Vida has been a published poet since she entered and won her first writing contest while in middle school as a young girl.
