WAPR-701N is the industry’s first 802.11n High-Power AP. Using the latest 802.11a/b/g/n Dual-Band technology, the AP delivers reliable wireless connections for up to 300Mbps with optimal wireless coverage in either 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands. Its High-Power throughput helps extend mobile access to farther distance. With WMM and WMM-PS QoS support, the AP is the ideal option for video, audio, and VoIP applications.

WAPR-701N can operate in multi-operation modes including AP, Bridge, Repeater, AP Client, and AP Router, to optimize network performance. For advanced deployments, the AP integrates 802.3af Power Over Ethernet (PoE) function, which allows service providers to quickly and easily install this device in areas where power outlets are not readily available.

By incorporating advanced 64/128-bits WEP, WPA, WPA2, 802.1x, ACL, and Layer 2 Isolation security mechanism, WAPR-701N helps protect against unauthorized access. Network Administrator can easily manage the device through HTTP web interface, perform on-line system log, upgrade firmware via web, and check system status and statistics. Other advanced features include support for 802.1Q VLAN tag and multiple SSIDs.
