Realogic introduces a new series of free "Lunch and Learn" sessions

Aug. 10, 2009 - PRLog -- Realogic is proud to announce an educational series where Realogic will host industry experts to teach abbreviated classes on currently relevant commercial real estate topics.

The classes will take place once per month during the lunch hour in Realogic's downtown Chicago training facility. The goal of the sessions is to establish a healthy network of commercial real estate professionals interested in continuing their understanding of the commercial real estate industry.

First Class: ARGUS Valuation - DCF™: Modeling Mistakes and Common Pitfalls”

The first in the series will be “ARGUS Valuation - DCF™: Modeling Mistakes and Common Pitfalls” and will be held on Thursday, August 27th from 12:00 to 1:00pm. Ellen Hayes, Realogic’s Manager of Training Services, will present for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes for questions, discussion and networking. Attendees will receive a copy of Realogic’s ARGUS Quick Reference Guide, which provides a snapshot of topics from Realogic’s ARGUS training seminar.

Realogic Analytics has trained thousands of Real Estate Professionals in ARGUS, Excel and various other topics and software. Presenter Ellen Hayes has over 10 years experience working in ARGUS in addition to training at the professional and university levels. Lunch will be provided for each attendee.
