Janesville Wisconsin Nanny Agency Owner Elected To International Nanny Association Board

May 22, 2009 - PRLog -- Nettie Weber, owner & founder of Perfect Match Nannies & Sitters (“PMNS”) - base office in Janesville, Wisconsin, serving Madison, Milwaukee & beyond -  was recently elected by the International Nanny Association ("INA") membership to the INA's Board of Directors for the term of 2009-2011. Weber officially began her two year term when inducted at the INA Yearly Conference held in Dallas in April. During her term, Weber will serve as the INA's Public Relations Chair.

Weber expressed her excitement when asked about the honor, "I am so excited to be a representative of this great professional organization for all those involved in the nanny care and in-home childcare industry! It's such a great feeling to be elected to this board and know that you will be on the forefront of amazing things to come. I can't wait to start digging in and getting my hands dirty to assist the INA with pushing forward to become a stronger, even better association. I'm looking forward to the tasks to come!"

Since 1985, INA, a non-profit organization, has served as the umbrella association for the in-home child care industry and provides information and education to the public and to industry professionals. INA also requires its membership to commit to its recommended practices of professional excellence.

Weber possesses an Early Childhood Certification and a minor in Music Education and has worked in the child care industry for 11 years. She is regarded as a nanny industry expert and has been a guest speaker at both INA (3X) and National Association for Nanny Care (NANC) national conferences. She has been a columnist for Celeb Staff Magazine, invited to sit on educational panels at colleges, interviewed on TV News and has been featured and quoted in many local and national publications. PMNS had the high honor of being nominated for the coveted 2008 Association of Premier Nanny Agencies' Agency of the Year Award.

Weber was Chairman of the Milton, WI American Cancer Society Relay For Life event for 3 consecutive years ('04-'06), building record event totals during that time. PMNS participates yearly in the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics and has also assisted Extreme MakeOver: Home Edition (Richland Center, WI Family) and been a sponsor of Janesville Rotary Garden events.
