Quantiq International Receives Recognition from Worlds Most Renowned Security and Forensic Expert

May 14, 2009 - PRLog -- Quantiq International, the preferred regional security architect is recently recognized for it's great contribution in the success of CyberGuard's early years in Singapore by the world's most renowned information Security and Forensic Analyst, Paul Henry.

On his interview for the SANS Security Hero (a project to help introduce the people that have made a difference in information security where he’s currently featured), Paul Henry candidly narrate his experiences and how he started his career in Boiler Equipment Company doing installation and troubleshooting existing boiler plants up to where he is right now.  

In 2001, Paul Henry was appointed to lead the ASEAN operations of CyberGuard, a firewall and VPN appliance provider. “During that first year, one partner really stood out: Quantiq International, based in Singapore, run by a woman with incredible drive, ambition and a quest for excellence in her solution offerings named Kwek Hong Sin”, Paul Henry said.  “Because of Hong Sin's determination, CyberGuard Firewalls became the de facto standard within Singapore Government high security applications” he added.

Paul Henry is now Lumension's Security and Forensic Analyst while running his own "Forensics & Recovery" company and regularly speaks at major security events such as AUSCERT, MISTI, USSS - MECTF, CSI, TehcnoSecurity, TechnoForensics – NIST, and many others. He also appeared in major news programs like Fox News, NBC, CNBC, MSNBC Asia and have written hundreds of bylined articles. He has written chapters in 14 books and aiming to publish 2 more this year.
